Tahsin Rouf is the Chairman and CoFounder of QualFix, bringing over 25 years of global leadership experience in enterprise software, data security, and digital transformation. A recognized expert in compliance frameworks and cloud-based architecture, Tahsin has led large-scale technical initiatives at IBM, specializing in Data Security solutions such as Guardium, DSPM, Guardium AI, and DDR. His vision for QualFix stems from a deep understanding of the evolving needs of quality engineering and automation, with a focus on building resilient, intelligent, and scalable platforms for the enterprise, especially in the development sector.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Tahsin is a passionate social innovator. He is the founder of Active Mind Foundation, a social business leveraging chess and STEM programs to foster cognitive development and life skills among students in under-resourced schools. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Agami Inc. and advises several global nonprofits focused on education equity and inclusion.
